Renewing player contracts

As a new season comes, a lot of players go into the last year of their contract and "demand" renewal. As usual, they would ask for a pay raise.

So my question is, if I don't renewal their contracts now and instead, I renew them on day 28 in order to save on the players wage...would it be ok? Or will they, at some point, tell me that since there is no contract offered they will leave at the end of the season (like a Bosman)?

P.s. on a side note, I now am managing three teams (just started a team today to make use of the new season) just wondering, besides Firefox and Chrome, what browser is good in playing T11? especially I wanna earn tokens by completing surveys and stuffs...

regard contracts i normally renew on game 14 of league as by then earned to renew with saving paying wages and prize money earned BUT what you MUST NOT DO is ADD skill points on till they signed contract or it will cost more, so once renewed add skill and there value go up

i offered new contracts this morning, and everything was fine. they all wanted new contracts. i could only offer them 2 years though.

I use (and always have), IE. I tried chrome, but it wasn't so good, and won't run some of my other apps at all. So always IE for me.

I tried IE as well, but it doesn't always let me watch the videos (to earn cash) without automatically reloading the page....so now I'm using opera....

I had three players whose contracts expired at the end of last season. I had applied skill points to the players throughout the season until my champions league place for this season was secured. I let all three of their contracts expire and signed all three today on day 1. All three had their value decrease. All three wanted the same wage both last season and this season. All three had a lower signing bonus this season. All three wanted a contract for two years (which doesn't really matter b/c the contract expires after the same upcoming season either way.) So, I would have to say it is better to wait until the new season to sign the contract.

I would agree with this. Let the contracts expire, then re-sign them. In mobile version, they always sign 3 year deals.

FYI ... Like Academy players, you have 7 days after the contracts expire to re-sign them or they go back into the pool.
