Any way to get iphone game to computer?

Hey, i started to play top eleven on my iphone and have a good team and don't want to start again so is there anyway i can get the iphone account onto the pc so i can play with it on the pc as well. I already have one of facebook that i did not mean to start so login in with facebook just gets that team up and not the current one on top eleven.

Cant you open another fb account that you could link to your good team on your phone to use/save to pc??...
