    If you want to do that, he need to donate before at least how much it cost that jersey, otherway you can't send to him.

    donate I mean to buy tokens, that jerseys is 79 or something like that so if he will buy tokens on he's account for 10 dollars, after that you will be able to send him they made like that to avoid saving tokens on other accounts and then to buy official jerseys.

    This rule is only for official jerseys, emblems don't have this rule.
