i face problem in my team im in level 4 now
but my team level is going down and i sale some player before now return back to me when i going to new level 4

when i in level 3 in top eleven i sale some player and buy other and my team level going up with each game .
but yesterday when i going to new level 4 i saw my old team (player that i sale before and new player that buy it they not found )
also for each player from team they level going down for example
almost player i have is 3 star now almost 1 star and just 2 player 2 star

i think my team return back before one month .

Whenever you go one level up (L3 -> L4) all your players will loose one star. The quality will still be the same, just one star lower. That's normal.

So your team "resetted" so to say? That's strange. This shouldn't happen, I don't know. If you are 100% sure that your team resetted and you want your team again, you could try to contact Nordeus Support

It's possible that you tried to sell them but no one bought them and you didn't actually win the auction. Can you clarify that?
