anyone else having problems getting videos to load? mine just brings up the empty box but no video loads up.

anyone else having problems getting videos to load? mine just brings up the empty box but no video loads up.
sometimes it doesnt matter as often it's just a timer (meaning that u dont have to watch the video bnut just have the video screen up for as long as the video can play)
