lately i have been getting 20% ball possesion and enemy 80% why? i always had 60-80% possesion
and i have offensive midfields or defensive midfields so i get weird formations does that influence my gameplay/matches?
en do i have to send them forward or backwards with arrow?

you are playing an illegal formation, if you can show a screenshot of your formation, we could tell you the exact problem.

Why does my team only get 20% possession of the ball? (Illegal Formations)
This is mainly because you are currently using what is considered an illegal formation, to avoid this 20% possession, you need to have at least the following in your stating line-up:
- Goalkeeper (Obivously)
- 3 Defenders (green players) in any of the 5 defender slots
- 1 or 2 players on each side on the left and right of the field, If you choose 3 sided players its Illegal again.
- 1 Striker (red player)

you need two wide player`s also whether DML and DMR or MR and ML or AMR and AML, you can not have all player in middle of pitch
post you actual squad up with position and well be able to help more:)

above players you have on pitch i mean whole squad :)
without seeing rating`s and age i would get rid off M/C after getting AMR even better if MR/AMR and need DC/DL this way covered all positions - edit and an AMC this way if going V 4-4-2 you can put them in between defence and midfield
