So I've heard that its better to assign skill points as soon as you get them, but I've also heard that its better to assign them at the end of every season. Is there a definite answer? I've heard that players start training slower the more skilled they get as well, so would that mean there is no difference, as waiting till the end is just prolonging the inevitable? Thanks in advance.

Oh, come on! There was the same thread posted 2 days ago ... no - assigning skill points doesn't make them slower trainers. You can save them if you want or you could assign them right away, it doesn't matter. However, if you'll be saving them then end of the season is the worst moment to assign - you gain nothing from that. Either assign at day 1 of the new season or as you get them.

I have been power training a couple of players and have 70skp saved on a player who was training on match practice at over 100 and is now training at 69 so it would seem saving them will force the player to slow down so maybe it is better to earn them and use them but totally agree with Narf that it would be better to use them at the start of season rather than the end to get the benefit.
I`m saving mine as played 7 in league won 7, champions league won 3 lost 1 and 2-0 up away from 1st leg in the cup, so why add if don`t need too, if need to add then i`d do half way through season depending if your close in league and pushing for top 4 if not save for start at start of new season :)
