Does moral need to be very good or superb?

As I am having a problem at the moment, I normally fill to very good but wondered if filling to superb would help?

As long as my first team are all green then ill play them...not noticed any difference in performance...the only time i give a player a moral pack is when a player drops below 80...

If you do try superb throughout your squad let me know how if it has an effect...worth a try ...

players perform worse when their moral isn't high, that's for sure. about the difference between superb and very good, not sure about how much of a difference there is. I just waste as many blue packs as I get, I have them on 60-70 for the last 6-7 seasons, I don't see a point stacking them anyway so it works well for me.

Me too. I'm always short of blue packs.

I have noticed that missing freekicks and sitters happen more often now that I dont have enough blues to keep all my players at superb.

This is my 6th season and i have 705 blue packs, before a match i make sure they have exellent moral. I play many friendlies, thats why i have so many blue packs

1 day = 4 matches = 8-12 blue packs. Use it wisely lol
