Player morals & condition drop everyday

So I have to blame this guy! Last weekend he friendlied me and I lost 1-0!

Any hints yet ?

I'm losing a lot of moral and condition and forgot to mention injuries.

This is my 3rd season and I barely reach an end of day without injuries. Almost every couple of matches, a player gets injured.

Well I have now played 3 matches with moral on superb and it has not dropped yet so I consider this an improvement!
