Would this work out? My DC's are better than his 3 strikers.
Both ML&MR with arrow up/red arrow, normal mentality, through the flanks, own half pressing style, mixed passing syle & zonal.
You say your DCs beat his strikers, but how about all the other players? If you're much better, you could even consider man-to-man marking. Overall it's fine, but you might want to consider playing more offensively.

Notes: I am not using a 2nd MC since my main got a yellow in league, and my sub is injured, so i wanna save my main MC for a more important match (against better team).

Team menality is defesive, mixed focus passing, pressing style own half, passing style mixed, marking zonal, force counter attacks.

No, that formation is illegal you have only two defenders.
Total football works good against 4-3-3 I've tried it.
Only need one MC so would suit your needs.
You would have 6 MF players against his three.
If your player are better just play it with normal mentality, no arrows, short passing.
Which is what I used but as he will attack you possible hard you could go defensive and hit him on the counter if you are playing away.
