Playing unusual 3-2-3-2 attacking formation

Hey, i'm struggling to work out the best team to put out against someone using a very attacking 3-2-3-2 formation, could someone give me a recommendation?

His team:
DC-DC-DC
MC-MC
AML-AM-AMR
ST-ST

I'm thinking of going 4-1-4-1:
DL-DC-DC-DR
DMC
MR-MC-MC-ML
ST

With up arrows on the MR and ML, but not the DL, DMC or DR. Zonal marking, force counter-attacking and short passing down the wings. That way I can nullify his strong attacking force, but still have some bite from my MR and ML going forward against his weak defensive wings.

Anyone?

Pretty much agree with that.
Id go Defensive though and hit him on the counter with long passing and focus mixed, catch him on the break quickly.

You could also drop a MC and replace with a DMC just to give a bit of extra cover against the AMC.
Doubt it would effect your attacks much.
