how to beat 3-3-3-1 weird formation?

I have a match with a team,its formation isAttachment 9168

what formation to use?

Id play a 4 4 2 against that with long ball over the top..have your wing backs pressing forward as well...keep pressing in your own half and have man marking, hope it helps
