your AML/AMR (if not use ML/MR with red arrows) go on attack to take advantage that he has no defensive wings, the DMR to guard against his AMR.

who has the better players btw? you or this person with the posted formation?

Actually, you would use a DML to guard against his AMR, and the formation might be illegal, you are sometimes penalised for having 3 players on the flank.

hmm I'm still kinda new to T11 (only played 2 other soccer mgmt games), but whats the reasoning behind penalising 3 players on 1 flank?

No idea, I could've sworn I had done it before, but I was penalised the last time I tried, and I've seen it happen to many managers. Possibly you're left with too few players in the middle.
