Against 4-1-1-3-1

I'll play against this formation tomorrow in CL.
First time i'll play against such a formation ... what can I do ?

My players have slightly same level and I can use lot of formation ...

Normal mentality ... down both flanks ... mixed passing ... whole pitch ... no counter attack ... no offside trap .. zonal defense.

red arrows at DMC & AMR/L ... and you can use also 3-2-2-2-1 ( 5-2-2-1)
