Well, believe it or not, I've seen someone whose 2 lvl above me, he's a month behind me after I started, and almost every single of his players are 9* and some even 10*, wtf?? Imagine all the thousand bucks he spent to pumped all the skills and positions. He's from Albania and according to his FB, he seems like in his 40s or 50s.
