Question How to beat 5-2-1-2 (not typical)

    Hey Guys,

    what to say...
First Cup round and i lost agains 5-2-1-2 build like this:

    DL DC DC DC DR
    ---DMC-DMC---
    ------MC------
    ----ST--ST----

I thought, it would be easy and try a good 3-5-2
Attacking down both flanks an go offensiv WITHOUT counter.
80% ballposition for me...but the history shows, i lost 0-2

Now i play agains the Away Game and want to try a 3-5-2 V Style

What do you mean? Or any tipps to get better?
Dont want to miss in cup round 1

V style seems to be the way to go. But put 4 defenders for good measure. Attack down the flanks and mixed passing should be good.

That is an illegal formation. Got to have at least 4 players in the opponent half.

That should be an illegal formation base on the definition of the game. However, I often use this formation in PES for Real Madrid :P

Expressed above is my own opinion. Your results may vary.

I think this is exactly what happened to Barcelona some time, their opponent play hard defence and counter att with long ball. Your team have high ball possession but maybe your attackers did not have a good day
