You aren’t able to send your starting items, nor any jerseys or logos you’ve received as gifts yourself. Official logos and jerseys are giftable, as long as the person sending the gift has bought tokens in value of the gift, but Premium logos don’t have this restriction. If you have bought enough tokens, but still experiencing the problem, contact the support.
The "can't gift premium jersy" isn't a answer, is a topic name where you can find the answer to your question
