How to win this strange 4-5-1 ?

Hi,

How to win this guy with strange formation.

I have 3 good ST and a good AMC but I don't have good MR or ML.

3-2-3-1-1 with 2 DMC and 3 Def wide - 3 mids how you want and AMC ST or 2 ST if you don't have AMC
If your team is stronger attack with short passes if you are weaker Defend with Mix pass.

Surely the whole point of the game is to work it out??
