I upgraded my stadium to 157,000 but crowd is still 128,000.
I upgraded my stadium to 163,500 but crowd is still 128,000.
I have no Car Parks to build.
I reduced my ticket prices to $1 and crowd is still 128,000.
I have way over 800,000 fans.
Not upgrading anymore as it's just a waste of money.
YET ANOTHER BUG???

There is an attendance cap for each level.

Ah, thanks dv8r. So it's worth upgrading still for when you can get out of the current level. How many levels are there then? I see you're on 13? I'm on 12, where does it end?

As it's the 46th season of the game, I would assume the highest level is also 46... But they are extremely rare and most people wouldn't have played this game long enough
