use 3-6-1..
3 levels higher - hard to beat - you will need a DMC to block his AMC
you need 3 good DC's and at least 5 or 6 Mids
you need 2 attacking wings and one or two ST.
Play defensive with Mix passes, attack on both flanks - counter attack ON - Pray and hope for the best
