How to grow player stars?

If you can only buy 5 star players, how can you make them have more stars?

Basically training.
And in the matches you will win training points too.
so;
if;
4 stars= 60 quality
and
5 stars= 65 quality

6 stars= 70 quality, and 9 stars = 85Q.

75 training points = you win 1 star completly = you win 5 quality points.
