Anyone knows how to beat it?
That's a very defensive formation, I'd recommend some sort of 3-6-1, more strikers won't help much.
AML and AMR or ML and MR will be least marked, but a couple of AMCs would work great as decoys to pull some of the defenders out of position. Try a 3-5-2V, maybe with an ST dropped back to AMC to make a 3-6-1.
