Can I even beat these two guys?

This is my first time asking for advice.

So this is my team.

BTW... i have 0 tokens. :( No matter what time i go to the transfer market, no matter the quality, someone always beats me.
But even so, I'm not doing so bad:

But he has since then bought stronger players.

So, any advice?

This second guy is using illegal formation so you'll beat him with any legal formation ;)

Your team is comparable to the first guy so anything can happen, just try to get advice on here when you're facing him, but for a start, try to triple mark his attacking players, blue arrows on some midfielders. As fedja says, the second guy is using an illegal formation with only two defenders, so you should beat him easily, you should have more chances to score than him in any match.
