Narrow diamond doesnt seem to work vs 3w-1-3w-1-2.. Lost 2-1 away with little shots. My best players are wingers so Im thinking of using 4-1-4-1 or 4-5-1v...

Theres a guy whos suddenly winning everything in my league, he plays a 4-3N-3. Will my team be able to beat him?
Attachment 58398 This is my team.
Attachment 58398 Also I drew at home earlier to this guy, my team should be much better than his. Could someone explain why?
Also, what whould be the best tactics with my 4-2-3-1 setup? How can I use my advantages in my formation?
Huh
1st, was match already played? I
f not, could you post screenshot of his squad?
Your team has quite weak defence. I would suggest you to play through flanks, to put blue arrows on mc's and amc, but still it might not be enough.
I usually use 3dc+dmc defence against 3ST formations, but you don't have good players on those positions. Moreover, your best defender DL would be on bench if 3DC defence was used.
Bit of advice against this would be appreciated

He favours defensive formations so I know he's lethal on the counter.
Playing 4-3-3 seems the only way to overpower but I don't want to get carried away.
I'd play 4-4-2 with long passing. Or maybe 3-4-3, 3-5-2, 3-1-4-2. Depends on the strenght of his strikers and your defense.
Doesn't matter. Played a friendly against him using 4-2-2-2 and won 7-1
So he played against me changing a striker to CM and I won 0-1
So I should be fine starting with 4-3-2w-1
@El Pistolero
I would suggest 352 Flat,
I can't unless I play a player out of position, no MR.
I guess I could play 3-5-2v
