Which one better?

for starter, i am new, Rookie player in this game. so here's some of my inquiries;

i was wondering if raising all stats equally is better than raising specific stat for specific role.
so for the above case which one is better goalkeeper? (please explain pros and cons)
on the left the one i raise, right from the scout.

another question is, there's such cap in every stats of the player? i cant seems to add skills in defense stat of my player anymore.

I would choose the sout, he His near the 7th star.

In GK you should increase defense and physical e mental
The maximum gap is 20 levels so If your defense is 40 and the other 2 20 20, you cant assigning more SP to defense, you need to increase the other 2 first.

Difficult choice. That 5* one had great defence but the 6* one is near 7*. I would use the 6* and meanwhile train the 5*(he is young so must be a fast trainer) in physical and mental.....

my general advice is that keep the abilities in 10 rate gap.
I would pick the 6* ,first cause he is near to 7* and secondly cause he is more balanced .

With GK's its diffucult to say,i remember i had a goaly with 17 and 18 gap in my first levels..couldnt say the difference if i dad him more balanced cause he took 5s and 6s but i believe it was cause of the rest team.Attacking mentality, took the league 25-1-0 so the GK was not so needed.The next season decided to give all the SP to phy and offe..same thing 5-6s ,same orders ,took the league not so easy although.

I have a scout ST for 2 seasons now..he has 8 and 6 gap ..he is almost every time man of the game ,he scores ,he gets 8s and 9s.

So i would definetaly choose the 6* and try to keep him balanced .
