My player age just 23, the problem is when hes played in match or even training. He just gain really low exp. And look like his age like 28++.. any tips to grown up his exp in match/training?

Not all the players train at the same rythm.
2 players with same Q and age, the one with the highest market value will train faster.
Detail for my MR.. price 1.37M, season 89K , kualiti 34 (31,39,34.9) im on season3 now.

Just like Dman said, it's different. Maybe your player has a too low value, if he would have 2M maybe, he would develop faster, because his potential is higher... There's nothing you can do about it. Sell him and buy a new or keep him and be satisfied with his slow development... :)
