Maybe ticket price or. bad results Lately.
I think is the ticket price, usually the price to have the stadium full, is 1$ per level. In some level you can rise +2$, and have the 5% bonus possesion too.
Also too if your stadium is larger than level limit it will not be full
i am level 18 and I have a stadium with 189.000 seats and the price for a ticket is 37$ :D. I always get +5% ball possession
I totally depend on Price of tickets , if you will reduce it , can help you to get 60k fans.
I have lvl 7 and my ticket prise is 2$ i cant reduce it -.-
If you are level 7 you could ask more than 2$. Try with 8-9$Quote:

Level 1: 200
Level 2: 2K
Level 3: 10K
Level 4: 25K
Level 5: 35K
Level 6: 60K

These fans are guarantee to your success.
Friendly matches did not add your fans. To add fans, it will see your shots on target and shot efficiency to add (League, Champions League and Cup).
Wherever win, draw or lose in any league except friendly match, it will add your fans.

I'm in level 2, ticket price for a leaque match is $6 and the stadium with a 1k seating capacity is not always full about 978 fans show up. But in champions league matches the stadium gets filled up even though the ticket price is higher at $7 and I have a total of 4.87k fans.

to see the correct ticket price that you have to put, look the bonus of posession that you are obtaining now.
If is less than 5% (in home matches) reduce the ticket price.
