How much does form affect the matches from your experience?

Lets say your player is quality 35 and form for the past 5 games are 5-4-6-5-5

compare with a player of quality 28 and form 8-9-8-7-9

which player is better for the team? I don't see enough being mentioned in the forum about form. However from my own observations the player with higher form does better, can you confirm? Thank you.

Form is Temporary, Class is Permanent.

So are you saying form will improve? I have a player that has had bad form for a long time already....how can I improve the form?

Try playing him alongside different players or bench the player for a few games, that should get him back up and running to form, if not then you will probably just have to sell.
