I red all your guides more than one time, I tried to understand what you mean when you speak about, " player ends in 9 or 4 ", but I really don't understand.

When I buy a player, let's say, that has 4* ( for my level 4 * is 20-24 ). suppose he is a level 22. what does it mean, it ends in 9 or 4?.
