how to win against 3-2-2-1-2

I'd go along with the 4-1-2-1-2 narrow diamond with this.

Attacking mentality, Zonal marking, Mixed Passing and Through the middle with no counters and no offside traps,

But if you have an 11 quality advantage you should be able to win with most formations and instructions, I was trying to set yourself up on a formation that may score you a few goals.

Yeah I feel good,Cup is mine,beat him 6:2.My tactic was 4-1-4-1 with AMR.
