Hi , im level 1 in top eleven , and i have -3.9 k , because i bought some players , and , my players take some primes , in every match , and that take the money whit "-" , and i need some money , and when i sell players whit 3 stars , i don't take money , because nobody buy them!.And i am only level 1..

Sell some player to make money and look for the tranfer list and try to buy free players(have a "L" on price) with few tokens. For me was the best way to make money, if you get them sell after...

I always see them but the problem is, I can only watch 2-4 videos before they disappear. Still, it's enough for a few boosts which come in handy

They are on the top eleven app on facebook underneath the game you should see "watch free" and the 4 icons at the bottom of the screen for money and the 3 different coloured boosters.

Click on the "Money" Icon and a video will appear and you will receive a small money boost.

I am in Romania , and don't apear for me. i click on Money but , i see just the exchange whit tokens... and on bottom appears only play other games...

Its because it depends on advertisers and where they want to advertise to the customers, apparently, Romania does not seem to have a lot of videos unfortunately.
