Defeat a 4-5-1

It is the most used module I face in my league and today I've a very important match against a team playing 4-5-1 flat.

In the past I have used this 3-5-2 with long passing:

----------------------
-----MC--MC--MC
DML--------------DMR
-----DC--DC--DC

Do you have any suggestion about module, arrows or orders?
Would it be convenient to replace the central MC with a more advanced AMC?

With 3-5-2 flat you mean with MR&ML instead of DML&DMR?

In this case, not having ML/MR in my roster, only DML&DMR and AML&AMR, what would you suggest?
Maybe just red arrows on the flanks?
