I need advice what I should do.I have 63 tokens so I can buy one player,but not sure position.
On the scout list,there is I think good striker Antonio Neto with special ability.Last season my strikers did not score alot.
Or maybe I should buy DC Jorge Silva,But last season my defenders were very good.
Or maybe buy player on different position,for instant AMC (not now from the scouts).
Last season I played formation 4-4-2 flat or 4-5-1,most time I placed MR to AMR -Blaszczykowski best scorer in My team.
Help I am confused.

I would actually look to improve your defence, but don't buy a scout yet. I'm not sure how auctions are in your server, but I would try to buy a few 5* players first.

My advice is don't waste the tokens with only one player from scout, you cand by at least 3 or 4 good players from negotiations. :)

did someone was lucky in negotiations?

try to find something on auction list :) you can replaces all your defenders with 60 tokens, just try to buy 4 defenders 5 stars :P

yes negotion is working but not always, better go to transfer makert.
