It's an attacking 4-1-3-2 wide.

I'd play the above formation, I know it as the WM. You can also play what I call the rocket ship, move both your wide AMs to AMC, but the WM is preferred for me; your AML and AMR will be very open. Red arrows on your AMs, blue arrows on your DMCs, nothing else.

If you are stronger, attack him: attacking, down both flanks/choose a flank, own half, easy/normal/hard, mixed, zonal, no counter attacks, no offside traps.

If you are weaker, play defensive counter attacking: hard defending/defensive, down both flanks/choose a flank, own half, hard, long, zonal, counter attacks, no offside traps. You can put blue arrows on both MCs if you want more defensive cover.

I've given you options at some points above, I hope you know what variables determine what you should pick.

Not sure if the formation is illegal, though. If you decide to play defensive and it turns out to be illegal, switch to attacking if you are online. You should still score and win if you play counter attacking, though.
