How to predict your Cup level on next season

I guess you could also find lower level teams with 5-6stars avg( appearing to you) even if your team is 5stars rated
Just didnt happen as i don't have many low levels with mad teams in my server

But im pretty sure that the higest levels teams in a cup are 3stars rated, thats why they'r appearing as 5 stars and 2 levels higer to people with 5Stars average..
So basiclly Buffs FC would be in Lv 8 cup next season with 3 levels higer teams as your 14best avg is 6stars.. your higest level opponents should be lv 8 guys with 3stars team.
