    Match and training strength.

Hi. Can someone explain me if is any different when before match I will set up training strength on max? What I saw after match my players have more skills points. But they play worst than when they have set up minimum training power strenght.

    Can someone confirm that's true?

The none, normal and hard intensity settings only affect the three types of Training, not at all in competition Matches.
Expressed above is my own opinion. Your results may vary.

Cat, when I set training on rest and play match, after that I have 1 or 2 skill points for my players. When intensity is set on hard after match I have 7-9 skills points.

I'm pretty sure it's all in your head. I've never seen this happen before, and I've been playing this game for a while. There is absolutely NO WAY your players earn between 700%-900% Skill Gain after a Game if your Team Intensity is set to Hard. After a Match, YOUR WHOLE TEAM earns a collective amount of Skill Points that come to about 7-9, but each player doesn't get 7-9 Skill Points.

7-9 skill points for not single player but whole team.

How much you gain in a match is determined not by the intensity setting but the individual player's training speed, and the strength of your opponent.

Look can I rephrase the whole question, or ask something more general?

Does pre or post training, easy and/or intense affect game time performance, is there an effect from pre-game intense training, even if game time conditions and morale are tip top for starters?

And how many points your team gains depends on ^ and how many are close enough to gaining the next point.

Hum. I tend to no longer train right before a match, I always leave them so they will get at least one tick of natural condition gain before the match so they will be between 90-98%.

What I have noticed (in match after training): if you give a guy green booster to make him same as every one else.. he still tires faster. My guys that have been power trained and then boostered usually perform flat or poor, even the best ones.
