how to beat 3232

i'm a newbie and experienced in one league. now, i'm lv 2 and got the champion at last season
seemly, I got a really trouble with formation 3232. during last league. I fighted 5 times with 3232 formation and only 1 time I win it.
I used 442, 343 with both down flanks, short passes. however, I didn't work much.
i used DL, DC, DR, 2 DMC, MR, MC, ML, and 2 St. with also both down flanks and short passes. that only my win with 3232. the score was 3:0 however, when i used this tactic for 3232 again, it did not work.
therefore, i hope you guys guide me a litter bit. thank for reading
