Performs good in practice games but not in regular game

Hey Guys,

I have some players that performs like 8-9 in the practice games but in regular games they are awful like 5.

What do you think that is missing?

Does that shows it has a huge potential only if I teach them a special ability or new position?

well friendlies do not really show a players true form, it only helps their form. It also does not help if the team you play in the friendly is a much weaker team.

Play equal or stronger teams, that you can beat of course.

Depends on opponent team...if you play friendly with a lower level of course you ll have big performs,but with better opponent,the situation is changing...I hope i helped you...:D
