Level 3 need suggestion

I am a level 3 player ....Currently I play 4-4-1-1 defensive-counter attack game and am going good with it with opponents who are more at par or below my ratings .. But whenever I change my game to attack mode with more MC or AMC and mentality attacking the possession scenario gets opposite with me actually scoring less. why that? Can you suggest a good formation for my squad. I am attaching my team
