Which Formation against this [3-1-1-3-2]

My opponent use this strange formation

3DC - 1DCM - 1MC - 1 AML^1AMC^1AMR - 2 ST

How can I beat this ??

tricky one .. but i will go with
3CB-3W(DM)-1(MC)-2W (LW,RW)-ST .. attack in flanks , counter, def, Long passing
am not sure though , but that is what i would had gone with

4-1-4-1 with red arrow in DM, LM and RM (same previous order side from passing to mix) could be another solution

but look to what other says too
