Which formation better in this game..?

Hello ALL managers... WeLL i'm a bit confused on what formation should i use since i have a lot of good players and i can change my formation easily...
So i was thinking which one is better from these which i m fan :)...
4-3-1-2 Wide??
4-3-2-1 Wide?? (Christmas Tree)
4-4-1-1 ??
4-4-2 ??
or 4-1-2-1-2 ?? (This one is like 4-4-2 diamond but its WIDE)

Which one is better to you....I would like to hear many opinions since i dont know which one is better... HEEEElp :D

AND OF COURSE I WOULD LIKE TO EXPLAIN WHY YOU SUGGEST THE FORMATION U SAID ...plus orders and mentality ,
arrows e.t.c

Of your listed formations, 4-3-1-2 and 4-3-2-1 are more attacking, 4-4-1-1 is the most defensive, if I'm not mistaken. I would rotate between these few formations depending on the opponent and how you want to play.
