How to play 4 -1-3-2 wide !

Hello can u guys pls help me I wanna play 4-1-3-2 wide with
DL-DC-DC-DR
DMC
ML-MC-MR
ST-ST

and I don't know what orders should I give them or the arrows of the players attacking or not stuff like that , I try'd to search a tutorial but I found just for the normal one with 3 MC ! can somebody help me with a photo or smth ?

I started using this formation after placing 2nd in both Seasons 1 & 2 using 3-2-2-1-2 formation.
Presently in Season 3, although I planned on using 4-2-3-1, I'm using 4-1-3-2 wide because my other DMC is injured... And I'm glad he did!

I'm doing very well in my league and Champions League. (I score an average of 3 goals in every match although I concede as well).

I use
Mentality: Attacking.
Passing: mixed.
Pressing: own half.
Tackling: normal.
Focus: mixed.
Marking: zonal.
Counter Attack: Yes.

Also, I put Red arrows on my 2ST or 1AMC & 1ST( when my other striker is injured); and blue arrows on GK, 2DCs & DMC.
