It seems like you have a better team. Are you using 4-3-1-2?

I would try

DC DC DC

MC MC MC
AMR AML
ST ST

Attack down the flanks. no offside, no counter. zonal marking and mixed passing.
3 defenders should handle his ST and AMC well. 3MC to outnumber his 2MC and avoid the middle making his 2 DMC useless almost.
