with no information about quality between you it's difficult. i would play 3dc-2(dml-dmr)-2mc- 2(aml/amr)-1. red arrows to the 4 side players,passing through the flanks, mixed passing, offside. if he is stornger play defensive and counter. if you are stronger play normal or attacking.
