Help please !!!

Hi all I'm playing top of my league today and he has set his formation as 3-2-2-3 does anyone have an idea how I counter this, normally play the butterfly formation or 3-1-3-2-1.
If I beat him today I go top as we are in same points but he has better goal difference, any help would be appreciated.
