Question about red cards?

I have a player who is banned for one CL game.

If he is in the reserves for the game, does this count as his banned game or does he have to be on the sub's bench?

I would prefer for him to be in the reserves so I can use his spot in the subs for the game of course.\


Anyone?

You can put him on top of the stadium if you want, he just can't play the next match. He won't appear on the subs bench if you put him there
