Tactics advice please.

I'm currently second in the league, tomorrow I take on the league leaders, who have already beaten me 4-1 and have only failed to win 3 times, all draws.

I'm still new to the game (signed up a few months ago, but have only been active a few weeks) so was wondering if any of the experienced managers could give me some advice on how to counter the formation my oppo play.

My quality is two better than theirs so i'd like to try and keep it close if possible.

Their tactics, any help greatly appreciated.
