I just beat an opponent who I thought was going to play 4-3-3.
He played 4-3-1-2
I played 3-3N-aml-amr-2

It should work well against 4-3-3 (if you want goals)
Focus passing - down flanks
passing style - long passing
mentality normal (switched to attacking 30 mins left it was 2-2 at that stage)
tackling -normal
marking - zonal
pressing - own half.
Counter - on
Offside - off
Two good wingers are must!
