Go to squad screen and change from preset formations. Change the name of the formation thats active

Squad - formations - click on pencil to edit formation name. That worked for me

I just tried again seems not to be working. Anyway thats how i changed it before

other screen says 3-6-1 and hard attacking, which i hardly use...
