How do you add your players to the negotiations screen?

I can see players avaliable to me and worked out how to bid just dont see how you add them...

When your player is 1 skill point from obtaining their next star. Then they will be placed automatically on the negotiations list.

Thanks for the answer, but are you saying people can offer to buy your player even if your not put them up for sale?

Yes, they can do that, for any of your players at all. After they put in a bid, you have 24 hours to think about it. If you don't make a decision, the bid is automatically rejected.
